KUALA LUMPUR: Yuk Tung Group is calling on all home buyers to visit their showroom now for a chance to own a five-star serviced apartment in the heart of the city.

This freehold development sits on a 4.16-acre plot and has a gross development value of RM229 million.

Tan explained that their main target are young professionals working in Kuala Lumpur who are either single or have a small family.

Strategically located in Sungai Besi, the building is about five minutes away from various public amenities like Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) and access to major highways like Besraya, NPE and Kl-Putrajaya Highway.

The service dapartments on sale are priced from RM470,000 to RM700,000 and range from as small as 845 sq feet to 1122 sq feet. So far, 20 per cent of the units have already been sold and Tan urged buyers to visit them fast as the demand  is high.

Recently, the development group also received a five-star rating from the International Property Awards Asia Pacific and was highly commended for the building’s architecture and design.

The development which got the award was their first phase built under the Central Residence project called Central Soho (small office home office) building.

Meanwhile, Yuk Tung Group is also opening registration for their third phase of the Central Residence development titled The Centrina Service Apartments.

This serviced apartment only has 168 units and facilities like swimming pool, gymnasium and a music room which will be filled with various musical instruments.
